Shipping Policy — Sage Against the Machine
Made-to-order shipping
All Sage Against the Machine items are made to order (print-on-demand). That means your order is produced especially for you before it ships.
Dispatch (production) time
Inkthreadable’s standard turnaround time is up to 5 working days, so your order is typically dispatched within this period. If an item is out of stock, we’ll contact you with an update.
Delivery estimates (after dispatch)
Delivery times start after dispatch and are estimates (not guarantees). Typical delivery windows are:
UK
- Royal Mail 24: 1–3 days
- Royal Mail 48: 2–5 days
- Courier: next working day
Europe
- Royal Mail services: 3–5 days
- Courier: depends on destination
Rest of world
- Royal Mail services: 7–10 days
- USPS (USA): 3–5 days
- Courier: 5–7 days
Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the items in your order.
Tracking
Tracking is available on some shipping methods. If tracking is included for your shipping option, you’ll receive a tracking link once your order has been dispatched.
Address accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If an order is returned to sender due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we may need to charge for reshipping.
Delays & missing parcels
Occasionally, delays can happen due to carrier issues, customs processing, weather, or peak periods.
If an order hasn’t arrived, we’ll help you investigate. Please note that replacement orders for parcels marked as missing can’t be issued until:
- 10 working days after dispatch (UK)
- 28 days after dispatch (EU & Rest of world)
Damaged or incorrect orders
If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, contact us within 14 days of delivery at hello@sageagainstthemachine.co.uk with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the item and the issue
- (If relevant) a photo of the packaging label
We’ll make it right as quickly as possible.
